eng 101 assignment brainstorming

For essay #1 I will be writing about Temple Grandin. I will be disagreeing with Grandin's thesis because I believe human beings do need emotions to really connect with others and animals. Without emotions you cant tell what a person is actually feeling or how to react to something that goes on around you. Temple Grandin who was diagnosed with autism, was able to live without having to deal with emotions or expressions; she was based on more scientific terms. I was amazed that she had made her own type of way with connecting with people and with animals.

hey my name is Chris I am majoring in liberal arts. I am 17 years old, my birthday is in november. I enjoy playing sports such as baseball, basketball, football, and parkour. I also enjoy acting as one of my hobbies i have acted on an actual stage in manhatten when i was a junior in highschool and again when i was a senior. I have no musical talent I do not know how to play an instrument, But if i had the chance to i would like to. I am hoping to get my associates and then go to Miami University to study in architecture. I am a bit of both science and humanities person because science are things that can be proven by facts. However, in humanities you have the though of one person and there own perspective of the mind. Science and humanities people can have things to talk about because they could both have there own perspectives on what they think. People in the U.S are more scientific today because science is used more often to prove facts. From this cluster class i am hoping to learn alot of things about how the mind works.
